Mahalaxmi Station is the 6th down railway station from Churchgate on Western Railway Line of Mumbai Suburban Railways. The three major landmarks in the area are the Mahalaxmi Temple, Haji Ali Dargah and the race-course. The station is very important as it is the nearest station to Worli, and also to the Byculla Station of the Central Railway.
